PEAP authentication fails in CE5 thin clients

Problem:
PEAP authentication fails and prompts for user ID and password repeatedly.  

Solution:
Patch the registry with the patch below

Applies to versions:
e5508.1 or below (version e5508.2 and above incorporate this fix)
